Departure to Urgench by “SHARQ” train.
Your tour will begin with a flight from Tashkent to Urgench. When you arrive at the airport, a transfer to the city of Khiva will be waiting for you. Acquaintance with the city will begin with a visit to the Kalta-Minar minaret - this is an unfinished tower that is fully lined with white and blue tiles and shining majolica. Then you can familiarize yourself with the Al-Khwarizmi monument. This statue, which is a tourist attraction, is located near another historical site, such as the Ata-Darvaza Gate. Nearby is also the citadel “Kunya-Art” - one of the ancient fortresses, the minaret “Islam Khoja” and the mausoleum “Pakhlavan Mahmud”. All these attractions are within walking distance of each other.
Continuation of the tour:
A trip to the interesting place - the Juma Cathedral Mosque. The roof of the prayer room is held on wooden posts with Khiva carvings. There are about 200 such pillars, they are 4–5 meters high. In Khiva there is a caravanserai "Tim Alla-Kuli Khan", which was built in 1835. Outwardly, it looks like a covered market. Another of the best virtues of Uzbekistan and Khiva is the Tash Hauli Palace. It was built in the Khorezm style and can rightfully be called a model of this style.
Upon completion of the inspection of all the sights of Khiva, you will be moved to the city of Urgench, after which you will fly to Tashkent.
